OpenAI最新宣布了AI图像合成模型DALL-E 3的发布。DALL-E 3是一个文本到图像的生成器，这款模型基于ChatGPT，能够根据复杂的描述生成图像，并处理图像中的文本生成。
用户可以通过书面描述（提示）来创建图像。在ChatGPT4的基础上构建的，只需提出一个想法，ChatGPT将生成个性化、详细的提示，以帮助DALL-E 3创造与想法相符的图像。

一、DALL-E 3有4个特点：
1、图片更安全
在生成图像时遵循一定的安全准则，拒绝生成成人，暴力或仇恨内容。
2、保护公众人物被负面利用
DALLE-3有一定的缓和措施来拒绝通过名字来寻找公众人物的请求。提高了风险领域的安全性能，如公众人物的产生和与视觉过度/不足表现相关的有害偏见，以帮助我们在宣传和错误信息等领域进行风险评估和缓解工作。
3、能识别DALLE-3生成的图片
帮助人们识别由AI生成的图像，以防止滥用或误导问题的出现。
4、可用自己图片自定义创作
